  • Creative Copy Writer

    You’ve got to blow us away by executing the following:
    • - Understand the goal, audience, and core message of a campaign and create copy to suit
    • - Take end-to-end responsibility for clients social media content strategy and creation of the same
    • - Create content marketing strategy for clients
    • - Ability to think out-of-the-box (clichéd. We know. Still), play-with-words and write in a simple, concise and accurate manner for campaigns
    • - Research, write, edit and proof all levels of copy (including headlines and body copy for all online, offline, external and internal needs)
    • - Write effective content for marketing collaterals like brochures, flyers, etc.
    • - Blog Posts (as per client requirement) - Plan blog posts for the month, write, review, post, and promote the posts across the web
    That’s not all. We also expect you to:
    • Deliver quality content consistently. Parameters of quality include grammar, punctuation etc
    • Ability to write crisp and error-free content

    • - Support in the conceptualisation and execute illustration or photo-based social media creatives for clients based on the defined creative strategy and approach
    • - Conceptualise and execute digital marketing collaterals such as banners, emailers etc based on client requirements
    • - Creation of design assets required for landing pages or websites

    How we expect you to create ‘wow!’ experiences:
    • - Lead the design team and supervise them in terms of giving creative direction and overall feedback on final executions (composition, fonts etc
    • - Work with senior teams on bigger campaigns and ideas. Conceptualise content or campaign ideas and translate them into final executions, with little supervision
    • - Design final executions – when appropriate supervising specialist skills (storyboard artists, animators, motion-graphic designers, photographers…)
    • - Guide the design team on how to tackle a particular brief and be able to justify to the team as to why you chose a particular idea, font, color, composition or subject choice
    • - Be an active advocate of anything and everything that’s creatively inspiring
    We’ll be happy if you have:
    • - 1 year experience as a Design Lead/Art Director with an advertising or creative agency
    • - A strong understanding of digital, the visual aesthetics of various digital channels (including social), the content formats available within them and how they can be leveraged in a creative manner

    How we expect you to create ‘wow!’ experiences:
    • - The Social Media Manager is responsible for the management, strategy and execution of client accounts. He/she will own the client relationship and will be responsible for end-to-end management of the client's social presence. 
    • - Liaising with, and acting as the link between the client and the agency, by maintaining a regular communication channel
    • - Meeting / discussing with clients to understand their requirements and communicating the same to the team
    • - Working with the team to conceptualise a social campaign that meets the client's brief
    • - Managing clients social media pages (posting content, responding to queries, supervising advertising efforts and reporting metrics)
    • - Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to the client
    • - Providing inputs while creating digital campaigns and strategies
    • - Ensuring that communication flows effectively within the agency team working on the account
